A head-on collision between a motorcycle and a four-wheeler over the weekend has
left one man dead, according to Alaska State Troopers.

TAKOTNA -- A head-on collision between a motorcycle and a four-wheeler over the
weekend has left one man dead, according to Alaska State Troopers.
John Capsule, 37, was driving his four-wheeler north toward the airport Sunday night
when he collided with the motorcycle and died after being flown to McGrath for treatment,
troopers said.
The driver of the motorcycle, Tyler Goods, 15, was transported to Anchorage to be
treated for injuries to his head and face, troopers said. Neither driver was wearing
a helmet, they said.
The state medical examiner declined to perform an autopsy and released Capsule's
body to his family. The investigation is continuing.
